Reception Hours:

8.00am – 9.00pm (Summer hours)
8.30am – 8.00pm (Winter hours)

Arrivals And Departures:

Check in time is 2.00pm
Check-out time is 10.00am.

Cancellation Policy:

A cancellation fee of $25.00 applies to all cancelled bookings.
To receive a refund of deposit (minus stated $25.00 cancellation fee), a minimum of 48 hours notice of cancellation is required prior to arrival date.
Any cancellations within 48 hours of your expected arrival will not receive a refund of deposit.
Any cancellation for bookings falling upon the Christmas Period (20th December - 10th January inclusive) and Public Holiday Weekends (Waitangi, Easter,Queens birthday weekend, Labour and Canterbury Anniversary weekends), two weeks notice prior to arrival date is required to be eligible for a refund of deposit (minus stated $25.00 cancellation fee).
No refunds and/or discounts for late arrivals and/or early departures due to weather disruptions or change of mind.

By providing a method of deposit for your booking, you hereby agree to the Cancellation Policy.

Concerns or Complaints:

Should you experience any difficulties with your accommodation, please contact the office during your stay to register your concern. Every effort will be made to rectify the situation and make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Damages:

Damage to Cabins or motel units should be reported immediately to the office. Any extra cleaning, repairs or replacements required to restore our guest rooms or property to its normal condition will be charged to the registered guest at replacement cost or market rates, plus a charge for any resultant loss of income if applicable.

Dog Friendly:

We are a dog-friendly park; however, management reserves the right not to accept any dogs into the park. Dogs not permitted in any buildings and ablution block. If pets found in units, you will be charged for cleaning.

Laundry:

All machines take tokens, it costs $4 per wash and $4 per dry.

Internet:

Wifi 500mb per day. You can purchase extra internet online if needed.

Behaviour and Conduct:

  • Reasonable behaviour and dress at all times
  •  No loud swearing or bad language.
  • Excessive drinking and parties are forbidden.
  •  Quietness between 10.00pm and 7.00am includes no radio or music please.
  •  Management reserves the right to refuse admission to any person and/or remove from the holiday park, any person, who in their opinion does not conduct themselves in a decent and reasonable manner. No refund will be made in such circumstances.
  • Consideration must always be shown to other guests.
  •  Loss or accidents are not the responsibility of management.
  • Please note during our busy season the police do random drive throughs

Additional Information:

We do not accept under 21yr old’s unless they have Adult supervision. Sorry we do not take STAG or HENS parties.

CHILD POLICY:

Children 2 years of age and under are free of charge when accompanied by a paying adult. A child rate is applied for children aged up to 13 years of age.

Visitors:

Visitors must report to the office before entering the park. Please park visitor vehicles out on the road.

Caravans:

It is the legal responsibility of every owner/hirer to have a current electrical warrant of fitness.

Parking

Please ensure your vehicle is parked on your own site only - not blocking driveways or across neighbours site.

Speed

Speed in the park is 8kph or walking pace, as there are always children around

Rubbish

We have recycling and waste bins situated at the south end of the ammenities.

PINES HOLIDAY PARK

We have cabins, motel units, caravan and tent sites. Pet friendly by prior arrangement conditions apply. Approx 700m walk into town. Domain with playground next door for kids to run around. Heat pumps have been put in cabins and motel units.
